General Director – Asset Management

Foyil Asset Management Ukraine is seeking a highly talented individual to be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of Foyil Asset Management Ukraine (FAMU) including business development and management of the profit and loss statements for the Company. In this capacity, the GD carries responsibility for integrating the strategic plan of the organization with the details of operations. The management portfolio held by this executive is notably diverse, with corresponding broad organizational implications and complexity, characterized by substantial scope of responsibility in this respect.


Required qualifications:


Graduate MBA degree in Finance or equivalent experience with demonstrated evidence of progressively responsible positions in Investment and Asset Management business development and operations. Prior experience in a managing director or deputy director management position. Must have experience in an asset management, brokerage or banking environment with preferably international operations. Demonstrated success implementing projects and closing projects from beginning to end and delivering them on time and within budget. Solid technical familiarity with financial administrative and corporate finance system solutions. Must display excellent business acumen and a demonstrated capacity for applying good personal skills to increase efficiencies and reduce costs. Must have a demonstrated ability to make decisions on a timely basis and motivate employees both in a direct and an indirect reporting relationship. Key executive to establish and drive the Company’s strategic vision for both the local management and the headquarters office regarding business development direction.

Equity Research Analyst

Location: Foyil Securities Kyiv Office, Ukraine

Essential functions:

  • Conduct company analysis and write research reports in English and Russian;
  • Build in-depth financial models and forecast IAS financial statements;
  • Monitor related industries and identify investment ideas among the listed and unlisted companies;
  • Market investment ideas to Foyil sales team and clients;
  • Contribute company updates to Foyil Daily Publication ;
  • Maintain Research Database;
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned within the realm of research;
  • Interact with the press on the topics of expertise;
  • Promote Foyil Securities’ services on conferences, seminars, client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
  • 1+ years of experience in investment research;
  • Solid technical familiarity with financial analysis (MBA, CFA, CPA is a plus);
  • Excellent English and Russian, Ukrainian is a plus;
  • Detail-oriented, result-driven, team-player.




Domestic Sales Executive

Location: Foyil Securities Kyiv Office, Ukraine

Essential functions:

  • Develop the Foyil’s client database by proactive marketing and sales efforts;
  • Generate significant revenues to Foyil by selling Foyil’s brokerage services and Foyil funds;
  • Build and maintain strategic working relationships with clients. Handle all requests ensure that needs are met;
  • Submit recommendations and ideas to enhance the Sales Research process;
  • Provide the clients with all necessary information on market trends according to the appropriate use of the information by clients;
  • Assist in organizing research trips, conferences and company visits;
  • Assist in the development of Sales products.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills;
  • At least 2 years of work experience on the stock market;
  • Ability to effectively work with multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Solid organizational skills; ability to meet strict deadlines;
  • Must display excellent business acumen and a demonstrated capacity for applying technology and good personal skills to increase efficiencies and reduce costs;
  • Must be able to establish and drive the Company’s strategic vision for both the local management and the headquarters corporation regarding Ukrainian business development direction;
  • Excellent Russian/Ukrainian skills – both written and spoken;

International Sales Executive

Location: Foyil Securities Kyiv Office, Ukraine

Essential functions:

  • Develop proficiency with Foyil Research reports and the Ukrainian capital market and present our investment ideas and views to clients and prospects;
  • Prospect and attract new clientele to invest into Ukrainian capital market through Foyil Securities. Benefit from experienced and well respected Research team, strong Equity Research and a firm with 12+ years of experience on the market;
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients and attracting new clients;
  • Develop a business plan in tandem with Sales manager and Management detailing target markets and clients, revenue and profit goals, and other areas for development;
  • Submit recommendations and ideas to enhance the Sales Research process, including prospecting and marketing strategies, sales products, views on market trends and feedback on competitors
  • Provide clients with information on market trends, company news, and our buy and sell flows;
  • Meet with Foyil analysts regularly to cover developments and fundamentals (valuations) of various companies and actively participate in daily morning meetings;
  • Conduct business trips to targeted international clients around the world along with top research analyst presenting our best ideas and market outlook;
  • Actively participate in IPO placements and private placements for Corporate Finance clients.

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Finance or Economics;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as good writing ability;
  • Ability to understand in-depth analytical research reports and develop sufficient pro clarity and confidence;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in securities brokerage or a high revenue generating sales position
  • Be a high-energy, motivated and performance driven individual;
  • Excellent English skills – both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages a strong advantage
  • Solid organizational skills and a team player mentality is essential.

 



Corporate Finance - Senior Banker Origination

Location: Foyil Securities Kyiv Office, Ukraine

Essential functions:

  • Grow, develop and sustain a world-class Ukrainian based investment bank by winning mandates and successfully closing deals;
  • Work with business divisions to evaluate and filter potential corporate finance opportunities;
  • Train and equip professionals to successfully achieve the business objectives of the Foyil Executive Management Committee and Managing Director;
  • Provide advice on emerging business opportunities, legal and regulatory issues, and procedural innovations to the Foyil Executive Management Committee and Managing Director;
  • Direct the marketing of Foyil Securities corporate finance product to clients via direct meetings, conferences, seminars and media.

The following experience and personal profile is sought:

  • Demonstrated success implementing projects and closing deals from beginning to end and delivering them on time and within budget;
  • Experience with private and public equity placements as well as Mergers & Acquisitions;
  • Expertise in stock listings in Frankfurt, London and Warsaw;
  • Graduate MBA degree in Finance is a strong plus;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Solid knowledge of deal-making technology and corporate finance system solutions;

Back Office Specialist

Location: Foyil Securities Kyiv Office, Ukraine

Essential functions:

  • Prepare contracts, orders, statements and reports using the back office automated system;
  • Interface with sales executives and clients on account queries;
  • Prepare and submit regular and irregular reports to the SEC;
  • Contribute ideas and support for further automation of back office operations;

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position at a brokerage company;
  • Excellent English and Russian, Ukrainian is a plus;
  • Detail-oriented, result-driven, team-player;

 



Sales Assistant

Location: Foyil Securities Kyiv Office, Ukraine

Essential functions:

  • Answering phones and taking messages for sales team, handling client requests such as the distribution of news, research reports, statements, etc.;
  • Written correspondence with clients including sending prospecting letters, providing news briefs, and strengthening strategic relationships with clients;
  • Actively assisting sales team in prospecting for new institutional clients;
  • Retrieve articles and research from various outside publications and news services;
  • Assist with the preparation of pitch books and presentations for international road trips and institutional client visits;
  • Gather necessary documentation and assist with listing securities on PFTS exchange;
  • Maintain accurate sales records, including weekly production/profit reports;
  • Partner with Foyil Asset Management team in sales and marketing our line of domestic mutual funds;
  • Maintain continuous feedback to line manager, including feedback on opportunities and issues as well as suggestions with competitive presence and actions;
  • Active involvement with Research Sales Desk allows one to learn various facets of Investment Banking and Asset Management business and provides an opportunity for promotion.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Economics or Finance;
  • Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Word & Excel, PowerPoint necessary;
  • Strong command of English, Russian, and Ukrainian. Proficiency with an additional foreign language a plus;

Junior Accountant Assistant

Essential functions:

  • Assist Senior and Junior Accountant with preparation of monthly;
  • Consolidated financial, reconciliations and budgets reports;
  • Processing cash advances orders and reimbursement forms;
  • Bookkeeping;

Requirements:

  • Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Word & Excel necessary;

Junior Accountant

Location: Foyil Securities Limited (Bah) Nassau Office, Bahamas

Essential functions:

  • Preparation of monthly consolidated financial, reconciliations and budgets reports for Senior Accountant review;
  • Maintain and review monthly company and client trading database;
  • Monitor and reconcile trading personnel activity and report suspicious transactions;
  • Corporate consolidation accounting reporting and review;
  • Assist with the preparation of internal and external audit reports;
  • Monitor compliance of reporting for internal management and regulatory agents;
